- August 2010 to December 2010 - Through a subcontract with USAID funded Livelihoods Enhancement & Agricultural Development (LEAD) project, over 280 field facilitators received business skills development through a tailor-made business curriculum to enable them guide over 30,000 farmers to undertake collective marketing operation across Uganda.
- September 2009 to October 2010 – Under the business development project supported by National Agricultural Advisory Development Services in Mubende district, REDS worked with more than 1,200 farmers and helped increase their incomes by training them to meet buyers’ demands for quantity and quality of their products. By working with both buyers and sellers, the project created win-win situations that benefited all.

REDS was contracted in 2011 by the Conservation Farming Unit (CFU) Zambia to carry out Conservation Agriculture (CA) activities in Uganda under the Conservation Agriculture Regional Programme (CARP) funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Royal Norwegian Government. REDS was tasked with implementing CARP activities in 10 pilot districts of Uganda namely: Pallisa, Kween, Dokolo, Lira, Apac, Kyankwanzi, Mityana, Mubende, Kyenjojo, and Kasese.
